Can I cancel my order?
We're sorry, but me and my small team begin working immediately to fulfill your order so you can received as soon as possible. Definitely get in touch via Instagram if you'd like to make changes to your order and we'll do our best on our end.
Are there any added taxes or duties?
No. The final price you see on the website is what you pay.
When will my garments arrive?
We ask that you kindly give me 5 business days for final delivery to your front door, pretty much anywhere in the world. The garments travel long distances and this is the best possible time frame for me to deliver the items for free, always.
Can I return my items?
Returns are tricky. I'm just a girl running a small business and returns are very costly, both in terms of money and logistics. If an item is defective for some reason, I'll certainly refund you (we inspect them up to the last thread before shipping but things can happen in transit). For all other reasons, get in touch with me via Instagram and we'll figure out what to do.
Do you have any physical location?
Right now, we don't. Everything we do is through our online website and Instagram, but stay tuned, we do want to sell in stores in the future.
Where are your clothes designed and produced?
All our garments are designed by local brands from Barcelona. They are produced in Europe using sustainable practices. Some of the brands, like Thinking Mu, use 100% organic cotton and other sustainable materials.
Can I track my order?
You should be able to track your order using Shop. We'll also provide a UPS tracking number.
What happens if I don't receive my order?
We hope this doesn't happen, but if UPS for any reason has trouble with the delivery, let us know via Instagram and we'll resolve the issue for you.
What if an item is out of stock?
Please reach out to us and we'll do our best to find it for you. We can't guarantee anything, as we depend on our suppliers, but we'll try.
Do you have sales at any point during the year?
Sales might happen, but we have no specific sales calendar. Check our website and especially our bestsellers to find deals when they happen.
What about discounts?
Well, yes. See, I have a different view of "sales". I prefer to treat my customers well. If you're one of our first 1,000 customers, you'll get a 15% lifetime discount. Forever. No questions asked. For all other customers, returning customers always get 5% off.
Can I create an account?
Yes! We love it when you do. Feel free to add your email so you always have access to our lifetime discounts. Also, rest assured that your data is always safe with us thanks to Shopify's protections.
